Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Notice must be given for any proposed major events (capacity exceeding 499 persons at any one time) under this licence in writing to South Yorkshire Police Licensing Department, South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service and Environment and Regulatory Services if possible at least six weeks in advance of the start date of any such event, or in any case a period of time to give adequate notice to allow suitable and sufficient comment to be made. All other licensable events under this licence with capacity less than 500 people, at least 14 days notice should be given. This must include an easily identifiable plan of any Designated Drinking Areas, plus a plan of the whole event area with anticipated attendance figures. Full contact details of the event organizer and if different, the organizer of the alcohol sales or supply, as well as full details of the Personal Licence holder(s). 3. A suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment should be provided to cover each event to be staged. 4. South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service should be notified of any planning meetings as described in section P(b) of the application. 5. All events in the Botanical Gardens must go through the Parks and Countryside Events Teams detailed events application procedure before permission for use of the site is granted. 6. Risk assessment and other event specific information, including time schedule, stewarding and policing proposals, will be discussed at event planning meetings between the licensee (or representatives) and responsible authorities where appropriate. Where alcohol is being sold under the authority of this licence the following conditions also apply: - 1. Designated Drinking Areas All entrances and exits from the gardens must be suitably stewarded at all times that sale/supply of alcohol takes place. 2. Movement of Alcohol No alcohol to be taken out of the gardens at any time, except in sealed containers. 3. Drinks in plastic containers Drinks only to be provided in plastic containers No glass bottles or cans to be used unless poured by staff into a plastic vessel prior to sale/supply. 4. Personal Licence holder Every sale/supply of alcohol must be under the direct supervision of a Personal Licence holder. 5. Under 18s No persons under 18 years to be allowed in the gardens, unless under the direct supervision of a responsible adult or with prior agreement with South Yorkshire Police Licensing Department. 6. Availability of soft drinks Soft drinks MUST also be readily available within the gardens, during any event, where alcohol is being supplied or sold.
