Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. To have staff that will receive special training on licensing responsibilities and incident management. 3. The Café, Terrace and all internal areas of the museum to have electronic intruder alarm equipment and digital CCTV surveillance and recording equipment. 4. All management and staff will be fully trained and competent in emergency and evacuation procedures. 5. The primary licensed area of the premises will be the café and terraced area, of the museum, with seated dining, and facilities for occasional consumption of alcohol without food. The remaining licensed areas marked on the plans (drawing NosGA-307-308 J & GA/309-310D) will only be used for the sale or consumption of alcohol for private parties or other pre-booked functions. 6. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers, unless it is for consumption on the terraced area. 7. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the Relevant Authorities, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 8. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 9. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 10. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) shall protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified musical equipment used for the purpose of live music. 11. Capacity: a) Café Area (Area G6 on the deposited plan number 7850/GA/309-310D and 785000 GA-307-308J) 100 persons b) Harold Cantor Gallery (G21) 200 persons (On the operational condition that the doors marked G21/1 on hold open mode and this location to be permanently staffed). c) Café Area (G6), Orientation Spine (22) and Hub (G35) areas 300 persons d) First Floor Lunch Area (F1) 40 persons 12. The applicant will ensure the premises complies with the Sheffield City Councils policy and guidance as issued under the Licensing Act 2003. 13. The applicant will give notice to the Responsible Authorities of the intended opening date and no licensable activities will take place until the premises has been inspected to a satisfactory conclusion, where the applicant will comply with reasonable requirements of the authorities. 14. Any recorded or live music performances that may be held outside the museum will cease at midnight at the latest. 15. The licensee must informs the Environmental Protection Service of such events in advance, as soon as they are aware of them being planned to take place and of any similar activities that may have the potential to impact upon the neighbours around the museum.
