Except in the case of an emergency, at least 24 hours notice be given by the Ecclesfield Priory Players to the Head Teacher of Ecclesfield Primary School when deliveries are to be made to the premises. 2. There being no vehicular access to The Eppic Theatre (unless in an emergency) for one hour before the commencement of the school day and 15 minutes after the school opening and 30 minutes before the school day concludes and one hour after school closure. 3. South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service being notified, in advance, of the dates of productions.
