Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. CONDITIONS 1. Subject to Condition 2 intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied otherwise than to: a. Scout or Guide leaders. b. Members of the Scout Fellowship. c. Bona fide guests of persons mentioned in a. and b. above duly signed in, in the Visitor's Book provided at the premises. d. Persons staying at the Hesley Wood Scout Activity Centre, or attending a bona fide private conference meeting or training course. 2. Notwithstanding Condition 1 intoxicating liquor may be sold and supplied to any persons attending any party or function organised by the South Yorkshire Scout Council or any private pre-booked party or function at the premises. 3. Persons under 18 shall not be admitted to the licensed premises during permitted hours. 4. There shall be no sales for consumption off the premises. 5. There shall be no application for Occasional Licences except for functions within the Centre and its grounds.
