Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Specifically; i) One camera on door to capture faces entering and exiting as discussed previously ii) Existing camera to be moved 6ft across wall to cover off licence area iii) Existing camera to be moved to cover faces at the night pay window iv) System to be upgraded as previously mentioned to 28 day recording. 3. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the Relevant Authorities, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 4. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 5. The alarm system and panic buttons installed at the premises should be maintained. 6. A challenge 21 scheme and accredited proof of age will be in place. Signs to be displayed inside the premises. 7. A refusals book will be kept. 8. Fire safety equipment on site to be regularly checked and maintained.
