Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed on the premises after 21:00 hours Sunday to Thursday and after 20:00 hours on Fridays and Saturdays. 3. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 4. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 5. To acquire a suitable number of radio set(s) for that premise and take the CCRAC Radio Scheme into use at all times when trading, and continue to be a user whilst this system is in use in Sheffield. 6. Tables and chairs shall be provided at the premises to provide seating accommodation for a minimum of 20% of the maximum capacity. 7. Any person exercising a security activity (as defined by paragraph 2(1)(a) of schedule 2 of the Private Security Industry Act 2001) shall be licensed by the Security Industry Authority 8. Such a person will be employed at the premises at the discretion of the designated premises supervisor/holder of the Premises Licence. 9. Any person as defined in condition (6) will clearly display his/her name badge at all times whilst on duty. 10. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the fire officer from time to time. 11. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the Environmental Health Department. 12. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol.
