Additional Conditions
Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The premises licence holder will make risk assessments on an ongoing basis to determine the necessity of door staff, who if required shall be SIA registered. 3. Any person as defined above will clearly display his or her name badge at all times whilst on duty. 4. No customer apparently carrying open bottles on entry shall be admitted to the premises at any time the premises are open to the public. Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed form the premises in open containers, save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose. 5. The premises will operate a proof of age scheme and will require photographic identification from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years. The premises will support the local Pub Watch scheme where such scheme is operation. 6. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises, so as to cause nuisance to nearby properties. 7. No films or videos of any description will be shown so that they can be viewed by persons under the age of any applicable BBFC/ Local Authority certification 8. No children to be admitted under the age of 16 after 22:00 9. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipments used for the purpose of public live music. 10. The Premises Licence will not come into effect until the works to the spiral staircase has been inspected and approved by the Health Protection Service. 11. If the style of operation moves away from the current theme, a colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and n use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. Police will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 12. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 13. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the Relevant Authorities, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 14. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 15. Noise or Vibration shall not emanate from the premises, so as to cause nuisance to nearby premises. (As seen in the operating schedule) 16. The outside drinking area is to cease at 23:00 hours, seven days week. 17. No amplified sound or live music shall be played nor shall loudspeakers be placed at anytime outside the building. 18. All windows and doors shall be closed, except for access and egress, when featured amplified music is present in the premises, i.e. karaoke performances by a DJ, or the performance of amplified music by live musicians.
