Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 1. The primary use of the premises will be as a restaurant with sale of alcohol being to persons taking table meals as ancillary to the meal. However, as an ancillary use, alcohol may also be supplied to non-diners. 2. Substantial food will be available at all times when the premises are open for the sale of alcohol. 3. Tables and chairs will be provided for a minimum of 120 persons internally and 32 persons externally when the external area is in use. 4. The maximum occupancy of the premises shall be 188 persons internally and 32 persons externally or such other number as may be agreed with the Fire Officer and Environmental Health Officer and specified in writing. 5. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 6. No sales of alcohol for consumption off the premises except in sealed containers. 7. The reasonable requirements of the Fire Officer to be incorporated. The reasonable requirements of the Environmental Health Officer to be incorporated. A risk assessment in respect of fire safety to be carried out in accordance with the Fire Precautions (Workplace Regulations) 1997 as amended. 8. The licence not to become effective until such time as the reasonable requirements of Building Control, the Fire Service and Environmental Health Department have been complied with. 9. Premises to be fitted with an RCD for electric supply to live musicians. 10. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the relevant authorities and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 11. Licensable activities shall only take place after 23:30 hours on Saturdays and Sundays preceding Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve if authorised in writing by the local planning authority in accordance with condition 15 of the consent 04/02042/FUL dated 4 May 2005. 12. Proof of age scheme in operation. 13. Children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an appropriate adult after 20:00 hours. 14. Prior to the business at the premises becoming operational, a risk assessment should be carried out to ensure that the interests of children are properly catered for and that children will be adequately safeguarded at the premises. 15. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
