Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises. 2. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 3. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the Relevant Authorities, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 4. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 5. In relation to the prevention of crime and disorder and the prevention of public nuisance: a. A full alarm system will be fitted with panic buttons; all staff will be trained on how to deal with situations. b. The checkout will be manned at all times. c. Access will be controlled into the premises at staffs discretion by means of electronic shut locks fitted to the shop door. d. Spirits will be located behind the counter. 6. In relation to public safety, all staff will be trained in fire safety and evacuation procedures. Fire safety equipment will be located on site with staff trained on how to use it. 7. Staff will be fully trained in alcohol sales with ongoing refresher training, Challenge 21 and pass accredited proof of age scheme, in-store signage and refusals book.
1. The applicant shall comply with the requirements of the South Yorkshire Police and the South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 2. The premises licence will not come into effect until suitable and sufficient alterations to the forecourt have taken place, which have been previously agreed with the Health Protection Service, so as to protect pedestrians from moving vehicles.
