Additional Conditions
1. There will be no irresponsible drink promotions. 2. Notices will be displayed requesting patrons to leave the premises and surrounding area quietly. 3. Anyone appearing to be under the age of 21 will be asked to produce proof of age. The Challenge 21 Scheme will be strictly adhered to. 4. The Designated Premises Supervisor or some other such person will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 5. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 6. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 7. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 8. No person under the age of 16 will be allowed in the function room area after 21:00 hours, save for those attending a bona fide pre-booked family orientated function. 9. All pre-booked functions must have a nominated childrens safeguard on site for the duration of the event 10. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 11. The variation to the premises licence will not come into effect until the electrical circuits serving the function room have been examined and tested in accordance with the current edition of the Institute of Electrical Engineers Regulations by a competent electrician. A certificate of the tests carried out including conclusions must be sent to the Health Protection Service as soon as possible. 12. The variation to the premises licence will not come into effect until additional ventilation, as agreed with the Health Protection Service, is installed and is working correctly. 13. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises has been inspected by the relevant authorities, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 14. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises. 15. An incident log will be kept at the premises. 16. Usage of Crack Radio will be in operation at the premises. 17. All patrons will be directed to the rear smoking area. 18. Bin collections will take place at the rear of the premises so as to avoid noise nuisance.
