1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Between the hours of 23:00 and 07:00 hours, alcohol will only be sold or supplied to hotel residents or their bona fide guests. 3. The premises will operate primarily as a hotel and other licensable activities are purely ancillary to that use. 4. Notices will be displayed reminding patrons to leave quietly and respect the local residential amenity. 5. All under-16s will be accompanied by an adult in areas where licensable activity takes place. 6. The applicant, or any person purchasing the premises, will carry out full consultation with the Responsible Authorities throughout the planning of the internal area of the premises so as to ensure the premises complies with the Sheffield City Council’s policy and guidance as issued under the Licensing Act 2003. 7. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the Health Protection Service will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for its intended use. 8. The bar café is open to hotel residents and their bona fide guests only. 9. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 10. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 11. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the South Yorkshire Police and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 12. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained.
