Additional Conditions
1. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 3. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 4. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
The licence is issued subject to : (A) the installation of an additional CCTV camera to cover the emergency escape in accordance with the minimum standards specified by South Yorkshire Police (B) the equipment being maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open (C) the Police (or authorised Officer of the Council) being given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder and (D) the external lighting being proved in order to enhance CCTV images where necessary; (i) Approval be given for the Store to sell alcohol during the week immediately preceding Christmas for 24 hours in each day, terminating at midnight on Christmas Eve; and (ii) in the spirit of the Licensing Act 2003, the applicant be advised to meet with the residents on a regular basis so that any concerns can be considered.
