Additional Conditions
1. Any disorderly conduct on the premises will be notified to the police. 2. The main focus of the premises will be the provision of food. 3. Existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are trading. 4. Alcohol will not be served to anyone who appears to be highly intoxicated already. 5. The Designated Premises Supervisor will continue their membership with Pub Watch, this will be displayed throughout the premises. 6. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 7. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 8. The use of door supervisors will be risk assessed on an event by event basis and a written record of the risk assessment be kept at site for 6 months and made available to the Police or an Officer of the Licensing Authority upon request. Where engaged, door staff shall be licensed by the SIA. 9. No customers carrying opened bottles or drinking vessels shall be admitted to premises 10. The premises will maintain a register of refusals and incidents. Such records will be kept and made available for inspection of the authorities. 11. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance 12. Staff will receive training on matters concerning underage sales, drugs policies, and operating procedures. Records of such training will be kept and made available for inspection of the authorities. 13. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 14. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power serving all amplified music equipment used for the purposes of live music or similar entertainment. 15. The 1st floor bar shall be waiter / waitress service only.
