Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Any person exercising a security activity (as defined by paragraph 2(1)(a) of schedule 2 of the Private Security Industry Act 2001) shall be licensed by the Security Industry Authority. 3. Such a person will be employed at the premises at the discretion of the designated premises supervisor/holder of the Premises Licence. 4. Any person as defined in condition (1) will clearly display his name badge at all times whilst on duty. 5. No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public. 6. Toughened glasses shall be used for draft beer and lager at all times the premises are open to the public. 7. Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose. 8. The maximum occupancy of the building (including staff and performers) will be restricted to 234 persons. 9. The Premises Licence Holder shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 10. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 11. A minimum of 60 seats will be provided in the premises as a whole. 12. The licensee shall remain a member of the local pub watch scheme. 13. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 14. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 15. No films or videos of any description will be shown so that they can be viewed by persons under the age of any applicable BBFC/Local Authority certification. 16. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 17. Children (under 18s) are not permitted after 22:00 hours daily, unless they are dining and accompanied by an adult. 18. The Challenge 25 Age Verification Policy will be adopted. 19. The designated premises supervisor, or some such other person, will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 20. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 21. The Designated Premises Supervisor or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using external areas and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 22. All windows and doors shall be closed, except for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 23. All ventilation outlets, which serve the licensed areas, are to be installed with acoustic baffles and thereafter retained. 24. No amplified sound shall be played except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with sound limiter. The settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. 25. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue. 26. No regulated entertainment shall take place on the premises unless acoustic lobbies are reinstated to all doors providing access and egress for customers (other than those used in emergencies only). The lobbies shall be reinstated to the satisfaction of Sheffield City Council's Environmental Protection Service and the setting of the noise limiter shall be subject to review and approval by the aforementioned Service prior to any regulated entertainment taking place on the premises.
