Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A CCTV system with recording facilities is to be on site, images will be made available upon reasonable request by a relevant Officer of a Responsible Authority. 3. A Challenge 21 policy is to be operated at the premises, acceptable forms of proof of age will only be accepted. 4. A refusals log will be operated an maintained. 5. Spirits will be located behind the counter only. 6. Apropriate staff training in relation to age restricted products will be satisfactorily completed and records will be kept up to date to refect this. Training recorsd will be available for inspection upon reasonable request by an authorised officer of a Responsible Authority.
• 1. The Designated Premises Supervisor of these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance shall be maintained. 2. The premises will have adequate safety and fire fighting equipment and such equivalent will be maintained in good operational order. 3. Staff will be trained on matters of safety, evacuation and use of emergency equipment as required. 4. Fire exits and means of escape shall be kept clear and in good operational condition. 5. Litter and empty bottles will be cleared from the front of the premises. 6. The Designated Premises Supervisor, or such other person, will be assigned to act as lead Safeguarder for children's issues at the premises. 7. Till prompts will be installed and operated within two months of the premises licence being issued.
