Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Notices will be displayed throughout the store advising that 24 hour CCTV is in operation. 3. There will be no access to members of the public to the rear of the property. 4. To comply with the requirements of the Fire Service. 5. An incident report/refusals book will be maintained at the premises. 6. All incidents will be reported to and monitored by the premises manager. 7. The front of the premises will be well lit. 8. Point of sale notices will be displayed advising that any person who appears under the age of 21 will be asked for proof of age. 9. Training will be provided to staff regarding sale of age restricted products. 10. To have a recognised proof of age scheme in operation. 11. The premises will not be used for licensable activities, namely the sale of alcohol, until the Environment and Regulatory Services has inspected and approved the licensed area in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for its intended use. 12. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 13. The premises licence holder will give 7 days notice to the Police Authority, notifying their intent to commence trade in order that an inspection can be arranged within that time period. The premises will not trade until the Police have found the premises to be satisfactory. 14. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained.
