Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection if crime and disorder. 3. The Designated Premises Supervisor to be a member of the Licence Watch Scheme. 4. There shall be no sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises except in sealed containers. 5. The licence shall not become effective until the premises have been inspected by the Police and Responsible Authorities and all the requirements of the authorities have been met. 6. When dancing takes place at the premises a suitable and adequate area of dance floor shall be provided. 7. A recognised proof of age scheme to be operated. 8. Should dancing take place then all furniture shall be removed from the designated dance floor (as indicated on the submitted plan number 1523-04 Revision E) within a safe operating period, which is not detrimental to public safety and stored in a suitable location/room. 9. The applicant will give notice to the responsible authority of the intended opening date and will not trade for business until the Responsible Authorities have inspected and are satisfied with the condition of the premises. 10. The Designated Premises Supervisor, or some other such person, will be assigned as Lead Safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 11. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted at the premises after 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays or after 9pm Sunday to Thursday.
