Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The Dps will be a member of Licence Watch. 3. Door Staff will operate at weekends during opening times 4. CCTV will be in operation which conforms to Police specification 5. A Zero tolerance policy will operate in regards to drugs. 6. All drugs seized will be recorded and handed over to Police. 7.All electrical supplies will be protected by RCD 8.No drinks will be removed from the premises at all. 9. A Challenge 21 scheme will be in operation. 10. Children must be fully supervised by an adult and are only allowed on the premises during private functions. 11. The Dps will be the designated child supervisor when they are on the premises. 12. The use of door supervisors will be risk assessed on an event by event basis, and a written record of the risk assessment will be kept at site for 6 months and made available to the Police or an Officer of the Licensing Authority upon request. Where engaged, door staff shall be licensed by the SIA. 13. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, when amplified sound is present in the premises. 14. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a proactive approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels internally so as to be inaudible at the nearest noise sensitive property. 15. Where appropriate, prominent. clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quitely. 16. Patrons will be encouraged by staff to leave quietly and respect the interests of the occupiers of any nearby noise sensitive premises, Where appropriate the Licensee or a suitable staff member will monitor patrons leaving at closing time. 17. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 18. No amplified sound shall be played in the premises except through an in house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter and a cut off device connected to all emergency exits. The sttings of which shall have received prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service.
