Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The bar is to be used for pre-booked functions only and annual events as proposed. 3. The Challenge 21 rule will be enforced. 4. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall be a member of Licence Watch. 5. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 6. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 7. Suitable non-slip floor coverings shall be used in parts of the premises that are thoroughfares and public areas. 8. The DPS shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect the needs of local neighbours. 9. The DPS must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive building. 10. All windows and doors shall be closed, accept for access and aggress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 11. The DPS and staff will strictly monitor the admittance of guests onto the premises. 12. Most staff, including the DPS shall have enhanced CRB checks. 13. Children under the age of 16 years are to be accompanied by a person over 18 years after 21:00 hours. 14. The DPS will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 15. The applicant shall comply with the requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service.
