1. No one appearing intoxicated will be served. 2. The licensee shall ensure that all rubbish kept to a minimum at the premises. 3. The licensee shall be involved in the Portland scheme. Anyone appearing under age will be asked for photo ID. 4. The licensee shall keep a refusal book fro persons being refused alcohol. 5. The Licensee shall maintain all fire safety equipment and comply with the reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 6. On completion or the construction works, a satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided. 7. The storage racking shall be suitable for its purpose. 8. public areas and thoroughfares shall be suitable, non-slip floor surfaces. 9. The premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate and any other matter raised by them during the consultation period to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements.
