Additional Conditions
1. No persons who appear to be intoxicated will be served alcohol. 2.The doors in the function room will be closed if live music is on at the premises. 3. No children will be allowed in the bar after 21:00 hrs 4.An under 21 scheme for alcohol will be implemented with anyone appearing to be under 21 being requested for photo ID. 5.Full consultation with the responsible authorities will be given throughout the planning of the internal area of the premises so as to ensure the premises complies with the Sheffield City Councils Policy and Guidance as issued under the Licensing Act 2003. 6.A satisfactory electrical certificates shall be provided for the premises 7.A permanent fixed residual current (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for live music and DJ. 8.When dancing is to take place on an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to the Health Protection Service and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used, which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for its intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 9.Public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non slip floor surface. 10.The premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate and RCD and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 11.The Designated Premises Supervisor or designated member of staff must take a proactive approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive building. 12.No amplified sound shall be played in the function room except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter. The settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. 12.All windows and doors shall be closed, except for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 13. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines.
