Additional Conditions
1. The applicant will carry out full consultation with the Health Protection Service through the planning and alterations of the premises so as to ensure the premises complies with the Sheffield City Councils Policy and Guidance as issued under the Licensing Act 2003 so as to be suitable for their intended use. 2. Live music will not be played outdoors at any time. 3. To comply with all reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 4. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall be a member of Sheffield Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 5. All windows will be kept closed after 22:00 hours. 6. A notice will be prominently placed at the exits asking customers to leave the premises quietly. 7. The garden will be closed at or before 23:00 hours. 8. Anyone who appears to be under 21 years of age will require photographic proof of age before being sold alcohol. 9. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for live entertainment and DJ. 10. Indoor sporting events shall be restricted to traditional pub games. 11. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
