1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A close circuit TV System to be installed and maintained. Images to be recorded and retained for at least 28 days and to be handed to the Police / local Authority on request. 3. Notices are to be displayed in-store that it is an offence for under 18s to purchase alcohol. 4. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 5. No deliveries are to take place between the hours of 23:00 hours and 06:00 hours. 6. All staff are trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol. 7. Think 21 scheme in place and notices of this prominently displayed within the store. 8. An electric till prompt is in place for when alcohol is scanned through tills in order to remind staff to check the age of the purchaser. 9. An All due diligence refusals book is kept to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused. 10. New floor surfaces in public areas shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 11. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 12. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 13. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, shelving, floor surfaces and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements.
