Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2)A colour CCTV system to the minimum specifications of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 3)The outside drinking area will be clearly defined by barriers so that customers are not permitted to spread out over the extensive forecourt. A designated member of staff will monitor and be responsible for the outside drinking area at all times. 4)Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 5)The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 6)The floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 7)A satisfactory electric certificate shall be provided for the premises. 8)The premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises with regard to the floor surfaces and any other matter raised during the consultation period. 9)Recorded music will only be played with or without a DJ, during times when the premises are booked for a private function or a invitation only event. 10)In the absence of a noise limiter installed and set to the satisfaction of the Environmental Protection Service the premises shall restrict the use of DJs to twelve occasions per calendar year. 11)To comply with the reasonable requests of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service.
