• 1.A CCTV system shall be installed. The system will incorporate a camera covering each of the entrance doors and be capable of providing an image, which is regarded as identification standard. The CCTV system will retain stored images for 28 days, should be capable of producing immediate copies of recordings on site. Enough staff should be trained in order to produce copies of recordings upon request, without delay (against signature) to a Police Officer, member of Police Staff or officer of the Local Authority on production of his / her identification. 2.The Designated Premises Supervisor, or some such other person, will be assigned to act as lead safe-guarder for children’s issues at the premises. This member of staff would be expected to know what to do and who to contact if safeguarding concerns arise and bear no responsibility for the direct monitoring of children. 3.Every person purchasing alcohol shall be checked in accordance with the Challenge 21 Scheme. Challenge 21 posters / stickers will be posed at the alcohol displays and at points of sale, advising customers that they may be asked to provide evidence of age. 4.The Designated Premises Supervisor of these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 5.A member of the management team will be on the premises all the time the store is open and will be trained to manage the store including looking after the safety of the public. 6.The checkout area will be constantly manned whilst the store is open. 7.The store will adhere to all rules and regulations relating to public safety. 8.The store will liaise with the local Police and other Authorities in order to be an active member of the community to prevent public nuisance. 9.A till prompt will appear on the initial sale of alcohol that will remind the seller of the ‘Think 21’ policy and remind staff not to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. 10.A refusal book will be recorded in a report that can be produced on a weekly basis. 11.To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 12.To have written training policies and a formal training program in place to ensure staff are equipped to meet all licensing objectives. 13.All training and revision / refresher materials are to be renewed regularly and are to reflect the requirements of the new Act. 14.There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
