Additional Conditions

• 1. To liaise with the Police on fair and effective methods of dealing with crime and disorder in the community. 2. A full evacuation procedure must be in place, and fire drills are to be held on a regular basis. 3. Any activity involving children will be reviewed with the operating procedures of the Vestry Hall. 4. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power serving all amplified music equipment used for the purposes of live music. 5. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 6. To comply with the reasonable requests of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service.
