Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no use of the outside area for licensing activities after 23:00 hours. 2. The premises licence holder will ensure that all staff at the premises are trained in accordance with established J D Wetherspoon PLC training procedures. 3. The premises will be constructed in accordance with drawing numbers 5831/L01 (ground floor and 5831/102 (mezzanine Floor) as served with the application, or in the case of alteration to that drawing, any further drawings served on the responsible authorities and licensing authority prior to the opening of the premises. 4. The premises licence holder shall adhere to the document J D Wetherspoons code of conduct for responsible retailing as amended from time to time. 5. Non-alcoholic beverages including soft drinks, drinking water, coffee and tea shall be available at all times sale by retail of alcohol is carried out at the premises. 6. The premises licence holder shall take reasonable steps to ensure the Designated Premises Supervisor or a nominated member of staff shall be a member of pubwatch or a similar scheme where available who shall use his or her best endeavours to attend regular meetings of such a scheme. 7.
