Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2. All doors and windows shall be kept closed except for access and egress when regulated entertainment is taking place in the premises. 3. The DPS or a designated member of staff must take a pro-active approach to noise control checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using external areas an manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 4. The maximum capacity of the premises shall not exceed 800 persons. 5. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 6. No "special events" shall take place at the premises unless 28 days prior notice in writing has been given to South Yorkshire Police. 7. "Special events" are any events for the provision of indoor sporting events or any other events where the general public are admitted and the numbers of persons attending or projected to attend exceeds 500. 8. The outside drinking area as shown on the deposited plan shall not be used for consumption of alcohol between the hours of 12midnight and 0900 on any day. 9. The outside drinking area as delineated on the plan shall be physically defined in a manner agreed with South Yorkshire Police. 10. Customers shall not be permitted to congregate and consume alcohol sold or supplied by the premises in any external areas other than the delineated outside drinking area. The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises is not permitted. 11. No music or speech shall be relayed via external speakers. 12. No events involving striptease shall take place at the premises provided that this shall not prevent events where artists do not remove a g-string and shall not prevent striptease if the same is part of a bona fide play. 13. The designated premises supervisor shall be a member of Sheffield Licence Watch and shall attend licence watch meetings on a regular basis. 14. The premises will operate the Challenge 21 scheme (or equivalent) in relation to the sale of alcohol requiring proof of age identification from anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 with appropriate signage to be in place at the premises. 15. Prominent clear legible notices shall be displayed at all exists requesting that persons leaving the premises shall respect the needs of local residents and shall leave the premises and the area quietly. 16. The premises shall maintain an incident log and any incident shall be recorded therein and will be made available to the police for inspection and duplication upon request by a police officer. 17. The premises will operate a policy relating to classified drugs to include a provision that no drugs will be allowed on the premises, the car park or any other areas, which the licensee may control. 18. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police located at points agreed in consultation with South Yorkshire Police crime reduction officer will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times that the premises are open to the public. CCTV images will be stored for a minimum of 28 days. All images shall be open to inspection by an authorised officer of the council or a police officer. A copy of any images must be provided on request to the council or South Yorkshire Police in a timely manner. 19. To comply with the requirements of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue. 20. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the public bar after 8pm unless; accompanied by a responsible adult. 21. The designated premises supervisor, or some other such person, must be assigned to act as Childrens Safeguarder at the premises. 22. The designated premises supervisor shall be registered with the Sheffield Licence Watch Scheme. 23. When live musicians perform their electric supply will be through an RCD. 24. On occasions when facilities for dancing are provided at the premises a suitable adequate and properly defined dance floor shall be provided having regard to the number of persons likely to use the facility at the particular event. 25. The licence shall not become effective until the premises have been inspected by South Yorkshire Police, the Fire Service and Environmental Health and any other responsible authorities (if any) who indicate that they wish to inspect and are found to be satisfactory. 26. The external drinking area shall not be used between 24:00 and 09:00 hours Monday to Friday and 01:00 to 09:00 hours Saturday and Sunday. 27. The premises shall operate a recognised proof of age scheme and a Think 21 policy.
