Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. No open bottles or containers are to leave the premises. 3. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order and operated when the premises are trading. 4. Premises must remain a member of Sheffield Pubwatch. 5. All areas must be kept clear of bottles/glasses on a regular basis and exits/entrances must be kept clear at all times in case of an emergency. 6. Fire extinguishers/blanket one to be in place and checked annually. 7. First Aid kit to be kept on premises. 8. An accident book must be kept on the premises. Fire alarms/fire extinguishers/ smoke detectors/ emergency lights are to be tested regularly. 9. Noise levels are to be checked on a regular basis. 10. All recognised proof of age cards will be accepted, eg, passport, portman group, uk photo id driving licence. 11. All requirements from South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue must be adhered to. 12. Any new floor surfaces in public areas shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 13. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 14. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment. 15. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the authority. 16. The varied premise licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, the RCD and any new floor surfaces, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 17. The premises must follow their in house rules relating to children and will be the responsibility of the DPS.
