Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A CCTV system will operate during the hours when licensable activities are provided. 3. The areas for licensable activities will be confined to the restaurant/village hall and the lounge bar/ small lounge shown on the plan. 4. The maximum capacity of the premises when licensable activities take place Shall be 250 persons. 5. Dancing shall not take place in an area without prior approval of the Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service). 6. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. 7. New floor surfaces shall be suitable non slip surfaces.
