Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. All staff are to be trained to comply with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003. 3. The premises are to have full Health and Safety risk assessments. 4. There is to be internal auditing of staff training. 5. Five yearly electrical inspections are to be carried out on the premises. 6. A comprehensive ventilation system is to be installed on the premises. 7. Pest control systems are to be in place. 8. A waste management system is to be in place at the premises. 9. Risk assessments are to be carried out for school visits/children’s parties. 10. Children are not to be admitted on the premises unless accompanied by an adult. 11. No adult entertainment will take place on the premises. 12. New floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 13. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 14. The new premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard the electrical certificate, the floor surfaces and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addresses in respect of service requirements.
