Additional Conditions
1. All door staff must be SIA registered, must be employed at the discretion of the Designated Premises Supervisor and must clearly display their name badge at all times whilst on duty. 2. No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public. 3. The management of the premises will liaise with the Police on issues of local concern or disorder. 4. Staff will receive training on matters concerning underage sales, drug policies and operation procedures. 5. The South Yorkshire Police are given the opportunity to inspect the premises prior to opening. 6. To comply with all reasonable requests of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 7. To comply with all reasonable requirements of the Building Control Officer. 8. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 9. No films or videos of any description will be shown so that they can be viewed by persons under the age of any applicable BBFC/Local Authority, certification. 10. There shall be adequate controls in place including staff training to safeguard against the sale of alcohol to person under the age of eighteen. 11. The Premises Supervisor or nominated member of staff in his/her absence shall ensure that children are adequately supervised while in the premises and shall be responsible for ensuring that children are not admitted to the premises if their presence is incompatible with nature of the premises at any given time. 12. The use of Security staff will be risk assessed by management, when used they and the DPS will conform to the South Yorkshire Police Security Staff Protocol. 13. A colour CCTV system to the minimum specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premise are open. 14. Drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose. 15. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 16. Every person purchasing Alcohol shall be checked in accordance with the Challenge 21 scheme. Challenge 21 posters/stickers will be posted at entrances advising customers that they may be asked to provide proof of age. 17. Children under the age of 16 years shall not be permitted to enter the premises after 21:00 hours. No children under 18 years to remain on the premises beyond 24:00 hours unless attending a bona-fida pre-booked family oriented function. 18. The applicant or any person purchasing these Premises must liaise with, and fully comply with the reasonable requirements of the responsible authority for the public safety, in the fit-out/alterations of the premises. 19. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to the responsible authority for the public safety and the Licensing Authority identifying the area to be used, which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 20. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protected the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. 21. No licensable activity will take place under the authority of this Licence until the Authority have been notified that the Premise are suitable, Any reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The licensee will give the responsible authorities a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date of premises. 22. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept a reasonable level from patrons using external areas and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 23. No amplified sound shall be played except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter. The settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. 24. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
