Additional Conditions
1. It is not intended that alcohol should be sold or supplied except to persons taking table meals or to a person accompanying persons partaking of a table meal. 2. Non-alcohol beverages including drinking water will be available. 3. Substantial food is to be available throughout the premises at all times when open to the public. 4. All persons are seated and alcohol, soft drinks and food are provided by waiter/waitress service only. 5. Proper and full negotiations take place with the Fire Authority and Local Authority. A full fire risk assessment is undertaken. All requirements of the Fire Authority and Local Authority are implemented. 6. Risk assessments are completed following the final fitting out of the premises. These will be available for inspection by Licensing Authority and Responsible Authorities should they so require. 7. Staff will be trained in the evacuation of disabled persons. 8. There will be no music on the premises. 9. No alcohol will be supplied to those under eighteen. Staff will be fully trained not only in respect of this matter but also in all respects of children within premises the subject of a premises licence. 10. The applicant, or any person purchasing these premises, must liaise with and fully comply with the reasonable requirements of the responsible authority towards public safety in the fit-out/building of the premises. 11. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this Licence until the Authority have been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with, in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The licensee will give the responsible authorities a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date of the premises. 12. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police (Cafés) will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 13. The Designated Premises supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 14. Every person purchasing alcohol shall be checked in accordance with the Challenge 21 scheme. Challenge 21 posters/stickers will be posted at entrances advising customers that they may be asked to provide proof of age. 15. All requirements from South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue must be adhered to. 16. A Building Regulation Completion Certificate shall be submitted to the public safety and the licensing authorities before the premises is used for any licensable activities.
