Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. This licence will not be traded until a variation application has been granted, transferring the licence from Meadowhall Centre Limited to an operator tenant. 3. A variation application will be made prior to this licence being traded for the first time, and such application will include layout plans. 4. An additional application to add a DPS must be made prior to the unit trading or where alcohol is proposed to be sold. 5. The applicant or any person purchasing the premises will carry out full consultation with the Responsible Authorities throughout the planning of the internal area of the premises so as to ensure the premises complies with the Sheffield City Councils Policy and Guidance as issued under the Licensing Act 2003. 6. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence, until the Authority have been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the Public Safety Authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 7. The licensee will give the Responsible Authorities a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date of the premises. 8. A Building Regulation Completion Certificate shall be submitted to the Public Safety and the Licensing Authorities before the premises are used for any licensable activities. 9. The existing Digital CCTV system at The Meadowhall Centre will be extended into the unit. 10. Installation of any additional CCTV will be made in consultation with the Police. 11. The Premises Licence Holder will be bound by the Meadowhall Centres comprehensive fire strategy for the shopping centre. 12. All certificates or copies of certificates for fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire fighting equipment and furniture etc, will be provided to the Fire Authority upon request, prior to the licence being traded. 13. Noise risk management procedures will be in place where necessary.
