Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 3. The new premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate to ensure that this item has been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 4. The Premises Licence Holder shall prominently display notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion and to respect the local neighbours needs. 5. The existing CCTV system will be in operation when the premises are open and recordings will be kept for a minimum of 28 days. 6. Members of staff will remove any litter from the external areas of the premises daily. 7. The challenge 21 scheme will be in operation at all times. 8. A refusal's log will be kept on the premises.
