Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises. 2. A CCTV system will be installed for the safety and protection of staff and public 3. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the south Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 4. Proof of age scheme in place. 5. The capacity for members of the public shall be a maximum of 20 covers. 6. The premises shall operate as a restaurant and the provision of alcohol shall be ancillary to dining with occasional provision without meals. 7. Floor surfaces in pubic areas and thoroughfares shall be suitable non-slip finishes. 8. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises 9. The premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection service has inspected the premises with regard to conditions 6, 7 and 8 are satisfied that these have been addressed in accordance with service requirements.
