1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
1. A colour C.C.T.V system to cover the area to the exterior food collection point, to the specification of South Yorkshire Police, will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open, (ii) C.C.T.V images will be stored for 28 days and (iii)Police and Authorised Officers of the Council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder; 2. The external speaker system to be turned off at 11.00pm daily; and 3. A nominated person from the Netherthorpe, Walkley, Hillsborough Area Panel to liaise with a representative from Burger King on a regular basis to address any issues that may arise.
