Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Staff involved in the sale of alcohol will receive training on matters concerning underage sales, drugs policies, and operating procedures. 3. The premises will operate an approved proof of age scheme and will require photographic identification from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years. A refusal book will be maintained at the premises and will be available to responsible authority representatives upon reasonable request. 4. Suitable signage will be displayed at the premises. 5. The management of the premises will liaise with Police on issues of local concern or disorder. 6.The premises will support the local license watch scheme where such scheme relates to off licenses and is in operation. 7. A CCTV system is installed and will be maintained in good working order while the premises continue to trade. 8. Alcohol will be displayed in areas where there is adequate supervision by staff. 9. Staff will be trained on matters of safety, evacuation and use of emergency equipment as required. 10. The fire alarm will be maintained in good operational condition. 11. The management will clear the exterior of the premises from litter and rubbish on a regular basis. 12. There shall be adequate controls in place including staff training to safeguard against the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years. 13. Policies in relation to children shall be adequately communicated to patrons by staff or through appropriate signage. 14. Comply with the requirements of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service.
