1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Signage will be displayed at the premises informing customers that the premises are monitored by CCTV. 3. The highway and public spaces in the vicinity of the premises shall be kept free of litter originating from the business. Any litter collected shall be securely bagged and disposed of in the correct manner. 4. Staff only signs will be clearly displayed to mark the areas where members of the public are not admitted. 5. The premises forecourt will not be used for licensable activities. 6. Any persons creating public nuisance or causing nuisance will be asked to leave the premises and the Police will be informed. 7. No noise shall emanate from the premises nor vibration be transmitted through the structure of the premises. 8. Doors and windows are to be closed after 24:00 hours except in the case of egress of persons from the premises. 9. No persons under 16 will be allowed to remain on the premises after 22:00 hours.
