Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises. 2. All staff must operate the Challenge 21 scheme including a refusals log. Staff will be trained to operate this scheme and staff training records will be maintained and made available to the authorities on request. 3. The holder of the premises licence shall nominate a member of staff to remove and dispose of any litter outside the premises originating from their business. 4. Any disorderly conduct on the premises will be reported to the police and staff will comply with the Police Violent Incident protocol. 5. The applicant or any person purchasing these premises must liaise with and fully comply with the reasonable requirements of the responsible authority towards public safety during the fit out of the premises. 6. The premises will operate in a restaurant style which shall be primarily for the consumption of table meals, with seating and tables for dining and food available throughout the permitted hours with a maximum capacity of 30. 7. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this Licence until the authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The licensee will give the responsible authorities a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date of the premises. 8. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
