Additional Conditions
1. Outdoor regulated entertainment shall only take place in the amphitheatre. 2. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for live music and DJ. 3. When dancing is to take place on the premises, in an area not previously approved by the authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as a designated dance floor for its intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved. 4. The licensed activity shall be carried out, subject to an appropriate risk assessment prior to the event. 5. To comply with the requirements of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue.
