Additional Conditions
1. SIA qualified door staff shall be employed at the premises during the evening. 2. The maximum capacity will be 300. 3. Any food transportation will be done using the food hoist. 4. No amplified sound shall be played within the building except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter, the settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. 5. Clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting that the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 6. Signs shall be placed outside the venue and in any smoking area, reminding patrons that they are close to residential accommodation and should be quiet whilst using the facilities. 7. All doors and windows shall be closed, except for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 8. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a proactive approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using external areas and manage noise levels internally so as to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 9. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited at the premises after 20:00 hours. 10. Adult entertainment or sexually themed activities will not take place while persons under the age of 18 are at the premises. 11. The Challenge 21 scheme will be fully operated and staff will be trained in this scheme. Staff training records will be maintained. 12. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 13. The designated premises supervisor or other such responsible person must be assigned to the role of children's safeguarding co-ordinator at the premises. This person must act in accordance with the guidance and training provided by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board and ensure that the premises is risk assessed and operates a family friendly environment whenever children and young people have access.
