Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The Police will be contacted should any incidents of crime and disorder occur. 3. A record log will be kept of any incidents including crime and disorder as will as a refusals log of refused sales of alcohol. Conditions agreed with Child Protection Service 25/08/09 4. The Challenge 21 proof of age scheme must be operated and a refusals book maintained. Staff must be trained to operate this scheme and staff training records must be maintained and made available to the authorities on request. 5. Signage must be prominently displayed throughout the premises to highlight the Challenge 21 scheme. Conditions agreed with South Yorkshire Police 07/08/09 6. An adequate number of waste receptacles for use by patrons shall be provided in positions agreed in writing with Licensing Authority. 7. After close of business a rubbish patrol should pick up any flyers or rubbish which has been left in the close vicinity of the premises by customers including any bottles, which may have been taken off the premises. 8. All members of staff at the premises shall seek credible photographic proof of age evidence from any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years and who is seeking to purchase alcohol on the premises. Such credible evidence, which shall include a photograph of the customer, will include a passport, photographic driving licence or proof of age card carrying a PASS logo. 9. Staff to aware of and guided by the South Yorkshire Police Violent Incident Protocol which should be displayed within the premise in sight of staff. 10. CCTV will be provided and maintained throughout the premises, the positioning of such cameras will be in liaison with the Police Licensing Officer and Crime Prevention Department and in conjunction with the minimum specification of the South Yorkshire Police.
