Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for live music. 3. Recordings from existing CCTV sources will be supplied to police upon request. Police will be given access to and may take copies of images in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 4. A copy of the SYP Violent Incident Protocol to be displayed within the premises in sight of staff. This protocol should also form part of staff training and training records to reflect such input. 5. No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public. The premises shall operate a policy preventing customers from removing alcoholic and other drinks from the premises in open containers. 6. A 24 hour portering presence is to be provided within the Firth Court building. 7. Either the Designated Premises Supervisor or a dedicated duty manager will be on duty at all events. 8. A fire risk assessment is to be carried out. 9. When facilities for dancing are provided a defined area that is suitable and sufficient in size for the number of persons likely to dance shall be provided. 10. No regulated entertainment shall take place in a marquee or the external area (Firth Court Quadrangle) between the hours of midnight and 9:00am on any day. 11. A recognised proof of age scheme is to be operated at all times.
