Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Maximum capacity of 40 seated customers. 3. Any live entertainment would be limited to for example an acoustic style of music or soloist, to offer a laid back background mood. This is something that would possibly occur on a monthly basis. 4. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power serving all the amplified music equipment for the purposes of live music. 5. The venue will operate primarily as a restaurant/café. Intoxicating liquor shall predominantly be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises to persons taking table meals and for consumption by such a person as ancillary to his/her meal. 6. A copy of the South Yorkshire Police Violent Incident protocol is to be displayed within the premises in sight of staff. This protocol should also form part of staff training and training records to reflect such input. 7. Images captured from any CCTV (if installed) will be made available to Police and other Authorities upon request. 8. Signs will be placed inside the premises requesting that customers vacate the premises quietly at the end of the night. 9. The Designated Premises Supervisor or a staff member will be a member of the local ‘Pub Watch’ (or its subsequent replacement). 10. No person shall be allowed to leave the premises whilst in the possession of any drinking vessel or open glass bottle, whether empty or containing any beverage.
