Additional Conditions

1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A Building Regulation Completion Certificate shall be submitted to the Public Safety Responsible Authority within a reasonable time period after the premises has opened for business. 3. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this Licence until the authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requiremnets of the Public Safety Authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The licensee will give the Responsible Authorities a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date of the premises. 4. Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers. 5. No customers carrying opened bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any time the premises are open to the public. 6. Door Staff will be employed to work on a risk assessed basis should any unusual events take place. 7. Any persons exercising security (as defined by paragraph 21a of schedule 2 of the Private Security Act 2001, shall be licensed by the Security Industry Authority). 8. A CCTV system will be installed and maintained, providing coverage by way of 2 cameras, covering the entrance to the premises and the bar area. Images are to be retained for a period of 30 days and are to be available upon the reasonable request of authorised Officers. 9. Prominent and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 10. Children under the age of 16 shall not be permitted to enter or remain on the premises after 22:00 hours, unless dining with an adult or attending a pre-booked function.
