Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted,maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crimeand disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. A copy of the specification dated January 2010 will be available at all times for inspection of the police and authorised officers. 3. All staff will be trained in relation to the sale of age restricted goods. 4. A challenge 25 (or similar) Proof of Age scheme shall operate at the premises. Acceptable forms of identification will be a PASS accredited proof of age card, photo type drivng licence or passport. Failure to produce satisfactory proof of age will result in a refused sale. 5. Suitable signage promoting the age recognition scheme will be displayed. 6. A register of all challenged and refused sales will be maintained. 7. The premises licence holder shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 10.The requirements of the Fire Officer will be complied with. 11.A Fire risk assessment will be undertaken prior to the premises trading.
