Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The premises will operate as a restaurant and shop, the provision of alcohol shall be ancillary to dining, with the occasional provision without meals, save for off sales from the shop facility. 3. A Building Regulation Completion Certificate shall be submitted to the Public Safety Responsible Authority within a reasonable time period after the premises has opened for business. 4. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this Licence until the authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 5. The DPS or a designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 6. All doors and windows shall be closed at 22:00 hours seven days a week. 7. The outdoor seating area hereby approved shall only be used for licensable activities between 09:00 hours and 22:00 hours on any day, and all tables and chairs are to be removed. 8. No amplified sound or live music shall be played outside the building nor shall loud speakers be fixed at any time outside the building. 9. Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in external area provided for that purpose. 10. No customers carrying opened bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any time the premises are open to the public. 11. Door supervisors will only be required on a risk assessed basis. 12. Notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and area quietly. 13. Childrens under the age of 16 shall not be permitted to enter or remain at the premises after 22:00 hours unless dining with an adult or attending a pre-booked function. 14. A sound insulation assessment of the premises will take place to ensure noise and vibration shall not emanate from the premises, so as to cause nuisance to nearby premises.
1. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and police and authorised officers of the Council will be given access to images for purpose in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. A copy of the specification dated January 2010 will be available at all times for inspection of the police and Authorised Officers.
