1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. A copy of the specification dated January 2010 will be available at all times for inspection of the police and authorised officers. 3. Alcohol shall only be sold in bottles and cans and must be served to customers that are dining at the premises. 4. The maximum capacity of the premise shall not exceed 25 persons at any one time. 5. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance maintained. 6. No bottles or glass must leave the grounds of the premises. 7. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that members and guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 8. Any person under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the evenings.
1. The premises licence holder shall ensure that the outside area of the premises is kept clean and tidy at all times and that all reasonable steps are taken in order to ensure that all patrons and/ or staff smoking in the outside area refrain from depositing cigarette ends into the gardens of the neighbouring properties.
