Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines. 2. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 3. The premises shall operate the Challenge 21 proof of age scheme and staff shall be instructed to seek identification from any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years, in order to prove that the person is 18 or over. Appropriate signage and an identification checking system shall be in place. 4. Staff will make sure that customers who drink or smoke outside the premises are quiet and respect the local neighbours’ needs. 5. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided. 6. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for live music and DJ. 7. Indoor sporting events shall consist of traditional pub games. 8. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used, which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the authority.
